TroveChat is a SaaS platform that helps e-commerce merchants automate customer messaging with AI and optional human handover.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful usage, account security, and ensuring content uploaded to the platform does not violate any rights.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Data Handling

We process business and message data only to provide and improve the service. Encryption and access controls are applied by default.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TroveDeck Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
